Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Executive Assistant to provide dedicated, remote support to our C-suite executives. This role is critical for maintaining operational continuity and ensuring that our leadership team can focus on strategic initiatives. As a fully remote position, you will leverage cutting-edge digital tools to manage complex schedules, coordinate high-level meetings across global time zones, prepare executive summaries, and handle confidential communications with discretion.

You will act as a key gatekeeper and facilitator for executives, anticipating needs and proactively resolving potential roadblocks. Responsibilities include intricate travel planning and logistics (while maintaining a remote-first approach), meticulous expense management, and maintaining sophisticated digital filing systems. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional organizational acumen, superior time management, and a deep understanding of executive support dynamics within a remote work setting. Proficiency with enterprise-level office suites, virtual collaboration platforms, and a proven ability to navigate complex challenges independently are paramount.
