About the Role & TeamAt Disney Destinations International (DDI), we bring unforgettable Disney holidays to life for guests across the UK, Ireland and EMEA. As Senior Manager, Marketing, you will lead a talented team responsible for shaping creative, digital and CRM strategies that inspire audiences to choose Walt Disney World, Disneyland Paris and Disney Cruise Line.If selected for this role, you will report to the Director, Strategy & Marketing, DDI UK & EMEA.This role will be based in our London Hammersmith office, 4 days a week, with one day working from home.You’ll join a team grounded in our Disney values — acting with Integrity, welcoming everyone through Inclusion, embracing boundless Creativity, working together through Collaboration, and caring deeply for our Community.What You Will Do
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering an inclusive, collaborative environment.
  • Drive creative development and execution for paid media across search, social and CRM for Walt Disney World (WDW) and Disney Cruise Line (DCL) across the UK and other EMEA markets.
  • Act as the central hub for creative assets, ensuring consistency, governance and strategic use across all territories.
  • Build a holistic touchpoint strategy across paid, owned, earned media, affiliates and CRM, partnering closely with PR, partnerships, trade marketing and digital teams.
  • Translate marketing strategy and insights (market, competitor, consumer, media) into effective media and creative plans.
  • Lead media briefing, planning, buying, optimisation and reporting in partnership with in-house media teams and agencies.
  • Shape and deliver the social editorial message calendar and drive local fan engagement strategies.
  • Define and implement CRM strategies to retain and grow audience databases in close collaboration with the TWDC CRM team.
  • Work with central Disneyland Paris teams to adapt and localise media, search, social and CRM plans for the UK and Ireland.
  • Lead the Integrated Communication Plan (ICP) process across all brands, including development and senior stakeholder alignment.
  • Manage and optimise budgets across creative, media, social, affiliates and CRM.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience in travel/tourism, FMCG or luxury marketing environments.
  • Strong experience across integrated marketing, including creative development and media planning/buying.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong commercial, analytical and results-focused mindset.
  • Cultural sensitivity and strong understanding of EMEA markets.
  • Flexibility for occasional UK, European or international travel.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Walt Disney World and Disneyland Paris parks and resorts.
  • Professional proficiency in French.
  • Experience building and delivering fan/community engagement strategies.
