<p>F1 are looking for a Senior Race Travel Co-Ordinator to join their internal travel team. This role will be r<span>esponsible for cost effective provision and administration of travel and accommodation services to support the team’s corporate and competitive objectives.</span></p><p></p><p><b>Main Duties and Responsibilities</b></p><p>Assist in the management of events (race events & tests) including:</p><ul><li>Production and publication of the travel itinerary (including preparation of the itinerary document and Travel packs with E-Tickets).</li><li>Completion of the flight manifest including input of passenger details and submission to airlines.</li><li>Completion of the rooming list including submission of the list to hotels.</li><li>Booking of all ground transfers both in the UK and overseas.</li><li>Work with Daimler AG to organise the allocation and use of Daimler supplied vehicle.</li><li>Organise the completion and submission of the subsistence allowances for team members.</li><li>Check, reconcile and complete the administrative process for all invoices. Identify and make arrangements for the recharge of any costs.</li><li>Ensure all travelling personnel have appropriate and up to date documentation including:<ul><li>Work with the Travel Administrator for the completion and submission of all VISA applications to meet the requirements of each country visited.</li><li>Ensure that nominated drivers have current international driving licences.</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Operate within the Company’s policies, in particular:</li><li>Ensure that all travel is organised in line with the Travel Policy.</li><li>Ensure that all travel bookings are made in accordance with the Procurement Policy.</li><li>When procuring travel related services (flights, hotels, etc) ensure that the best procurement practice is followed to ensure that the best commercial terms and rates are achieved.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>About You</b></p><ul><li>Proven extensive experience in travel or hotel industry.</li><li>Good administrative skills with a working knowledge of Word and Excel.</li><li>Excellent organisation skills.</li><li>Excellent negotiation skills.</li><li>Strong customer focus and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.</li><li>Ability to solve problems.</li><li>High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.</li><li>Understanding of different cultures in different countries.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Division: </b></p>Corporate
