Summary

We are seeking a part-time remote Title Specialist to join our team at KLA Land Services LLC. In this role, you will be instrumental in researching surface title and creating runsheets. Your contributions will be vital in supporting our pipeline projects and enhancing client satisfaction. Majority of work will be based out of Lea and Eddy County NM. We are a very fast paced team and need someone able to work proficiently and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough research on property titles to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Process title documents and manage the title closing process efficiently.
  • Utilize GIS technology as needed for property assessments and research.
  • Maintain organized records of all title transactions and related documentation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in title processing or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong research skills with attention to detail for accurate title assessments.
  • Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Familiarity with real estate law and regulations is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
