A Brief Overview

The Sr. Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist, Data & Analytics is responsible for using data to evaluate processes, identify improvement opportunities, and demonstrate the ROI of operational initiatives. This role leads cross-functional projects and uses insights to assess the impact of automation and technology, identifying performance outcomes and guiding future operational enhancements. By analyzing existing data and validating outcomes, this role delivers clear, data driven recommendations that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of TA Operations.

What you will do

  • Plan and lead large, complex Talent Acquisition (TA) projects that require extensive cross-functional and external vendor collaboration. Work closely with TA leaders and associates to ensure seamless project execution and adoption. Delegate tasks effectively to project support team members, develop and coordinate communications to support project goals, and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Lead the optimization of TA systems and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Continuously evaluate and improve TA workflows, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational goals.

  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of TA technologies, including Paradox, HireLogic and myInterview, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization by partnering cross functionally with HRIS, IT, and Legal.

  • Define and measure the ROI of TA initiatives, with a focus on automation, technology investments, advertising spend, and process improvements. Present data-driven findings and recommendations in a clear and compelling way.

  • Support the TA Training Academy Program as needed, assisting with the development, delivery, and facilitation of department‑wide trainings that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the TA team. This may include contributing to training content, coordinating logistics, and collaborating with project team members to ensure successful execution of process/best practice training, TA competency training, and systems and tools training.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including TA Leadership, PLD, Legal, Compliance, HRIS, IT, and business partners to ensure alignment and support for TA initiatives.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest TA technologies and trends to implement innovative solutions to improve the recruitment process and candidate experience.

  • Performs other duties as assigned

Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Required

Experience Qualifications

  • 7-9 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience - Required

  • Experience supporting a Talent Acquisition team within a corporate or agency setting - Required

  • Experience within Talent Acquisition operations or equivalent experience - Required

  • Experience in TA Operations with demonstrated use of data to evaluate processes and drive decisions - Preferred

Skills and Abilities

  • Time Management Skills

  • Data analysis and insight‑generation skills to support operational strategy and ROI evaluation.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Organization Skills

  • Ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders within and outside of TA

  • Experience working with recruitment tools (Indeed, LinkedIn, Paradox)

  • Experience with Workday recruiting ATS
