Additionally, this position has no travel requirements, enabling you to focus on your contributions to our projects without the need for frequent commuting. **Your Role** + Lead and execute comprehensive user research initiatives to uncover user needs and behaviors across our product portfolio. + Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, product managers, and engineers to integrate user research findings into the product development lifecycle. + Develop and implement research protocols, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative methods, to inform design decisions. + Utilize telemetry data and analytics tools to enhance insights into user interactions and drive product optimization strategies. + Monitor and report on user engagement through dashboards and other reporting mechanisms, tracking progress over time. + Mentor junior researchers and designers, promoting a culture of learning and user-centered design principles within the team. + Champion user advocacy by effectively communicating research insights and user stories to stakeholders and leadership. + Establish key objectives for the first year, focusing on building a robust research strategy for flagship products and fostering a user-centric design culture. **What You Will Bring** + 7-10+ years of user research experience for web and/or cloud products. + Must have domain experience in cloud computing, etc. + Must be able to articulate the business impact of successful research projects. + B2B experience required. + Strong proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. + Expertise in analyzing telemetry data using tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics. + Solid understanding of statistical methods and data analysis techniques. + Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder presentations and reports. + Ability to synthesize and translate research insights into actionable design improvements. + Experience in developing user journeys and conducting contextual inquiries. + Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. **Work Arrangement** Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. In locations where our workplace policy applies (i.e. San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo), employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week to foster collaboration, team alignment, and access to in-office resources.
