About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior WordPress Developer who thrives on building clean, scalable, and high-performing WordPress solutions for global clients. This role goes beyond theme customization — you’ll architect custom builds, guide best practices, and help deliver premium digital experiences for US-based projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect, build, and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratch

  • Develop scalable, secure, and performance-optimized WordPress solutions

  • Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces

  • Lead code reviews and uphold development standards and best practices

  • Collaborate closely with designers, content teams, project managers, and stakeholders

  • Support CMS migrations (including Drupal to WordPress)

  • Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and security

  • Integrate third-party APIs and marketing tools

  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide long-term solutions

  • Mentor junior developers when needed

Required Technical Skills

  • 5+ years of professional WordPress development experience
