Design & Layout: The championship course was designed by Greg Nash and opened in 2003. It’s a par-72 layout with about 6,900 yards from the back tees and a slope rating around 125 — making it a balanced challenge for a wide range of skill levels.

Setting: You’ll find panoramic desert scenery with views of the White Tank and Estrella Mountains, plus fairways that weave around natural desert washes and two water holes.

️‍♂️ Features & Amenities

Driving range, practice putting/chipping areas, and PGA-led golf lessons available.

Rental clubs and carts, plus a fully stocked pro shop with apparel and gear.

Multiple tee boxes (from about 5,300 to 7,000 yards) help accommodate beginners through more advanced players.

On-Site Dining & Social

The 19th Hole at Sundance — the course’s restaurant and bar — offers meals and drinks with views over the fairways. Breakfast, lunch and happy hour are all served, making it a nice spot to finish a round.

️ Clubs & Events

Active Men’s and Ladies’ clubs provide weekly games, tournaments, and social golf opportunities for members of all abilities.

Memberships are available and typically include perks like discounted green fees, priority tee times, and access to exclusive events.

Player Notes

Green fees at courses like this in the Phoenix-area can vary widely depending on time of day and season — expect modest to moderate rates compared with more premium courses closer to central Phoenix/Scottsdale.

Some golfers online mention that while it’s a good value and solid layout, conditions and pace of play can vary — especially compared with resort courses closer to Phoenix.
