Department: Operations Position Purpose: Be a great host, the members best source of information and create a fun atmosphere for members, guests and staff. Core Purpose: To create loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners. Other Responsibilities: 1. Customer Service 2. Payment on Account 3. Club cleanliness 4. Building and equipment maintenance and safety Accountabilities: 1. Greeting/Farewell all that walk in/out of the front door 2. Phone Power Protocol 3. Cash Protocol 4. Check-Ins, including guest and employee 5. Manage alerted check-ins 6. Monitoring Coolers, Drink/Bar Inventory and Sales Requirements for Success: ? Fight hard to win. ? Takes ownership of results. ? Adapts well and quickly to various situations and multi-task. ? Communicates well with members and teammates with a customer service mentality. ? Team player and be willing to jump into any task and get it done. ? Possess strong mathematical, analytical and sales skills. ? Must be extremely organized. ?
