Candidate is expected to be on shift during weekdays and some of the weekends. Since the project is on-prem, this team handles all the operational and maintenance activities. This gives an edge to the candidate to be involved in other technologies like Unix and SQL, unlike the industry standard projects. Also, the tool and its implementation is customised by the client, which also gives the candidate a very good scope for learning service now. Although it is production support, this team handles code fixes and minor enhancements, which is an edge over other implementations.
