The Operations Excellence Programs team is looking for a creative, curious, and thoughtful individual to improve programs across the WW Revenue Operations Organization. We are looking for experience in Professional Services Operations, Customer Success Operations, Sales Programs, or Sales Operations.

You must enjoy the challenge of solving complex problems and driving continuous progress. Your goal will be to identify pain points, prioritize work according to impact, articulate progress, and scale programs globally.

You will report to our Manager of Operations Excellence Programs located in our Bellevue office.

You Will:

  • Partner with team members to improve the operational processes for the Professional Services team including but not limited to forecasting, project reporting, billing, revenue recognition, SOW creation, and resource management
  • Drive process automation, improvement, and standardization to create an excellent customer experience throughout the transaction process
  • Manage projects while maintaining quality and meeting timelines
  • Establish metrics to track progress and improve operational efficiency
  • Collect and analyze data to inform decisions and prioritize work
  • Work with supporting teams to translate pain points into requirements and identify next steps
  • Support system modifications by leading change management and assisting with training

You Have:

  • 4+ years of relevant professional experience in SAAS and project management, partner sales operations, or sales operations
  • 3+ years of experience performing organizational change programs
  • Knowledge of project management principles and process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Salesforce Portals, Impartner, CPQ
