<p><strong>THE POSITION</strong></p><p><span>The Singapore Hub is Endeavor's newest Global hub to serve as a launchpad and landing pad for Endeavor Entrepreneurs. We are seeking a motivated individual who wants to help the hub set Endeavor up for success in Singapore. The intern will be involved in supporting the Singapore office establish its core programs for supporting founders - In particular, they will help us with setting up the Hub’s Unicorn Builder Program, EndeavorNEXT, Singapore Access to Market Tour, and Research Projects. They will build relationships with new potential partners, find partners for our programs, and work alongside Endeavor's team in Asia. This role will report to the Singapore Hub Head and the Head of Asia for Endeavor Catalyst.</span></p><p><strong>HIRING TIMELINE</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Applications close:</strong> February 17, 2026 at 11:59pm ET</p></li><li><p><strong>Interview process:</strong> You will interview with the Head of Asia at Endeavor Catalyst and the Singapore Hub Head</p></li><li><p><strong>Offer extension:</strong> By early April 2026</p></li></ul><p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li><p><span><strong>Hub Support in Singapore</strong>: As we launch the Global hub, you will play a role in identifying potential partners, ideating and executing programs and events, and designing systems to support Endeavor Entrepreneurs as they use Singapore as either a landing pad or launchpad for their businesses.</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>Program Creation and Foundation Building:</strong> You will support building the foundational program for Endeavor's various initiatives including planning mentorship sessions, strategic masterclasses, peer learning, and investor access.</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>Inter-office Program Development:</strong> Singapore acts as a hub for our offices based in Japan, Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia and Indonesia. As such, you will conduct extensive user research with our regional Staff to identify the different opportunities the Singapore office can support with to add the most value to their work finding and supporting the best Entrepreneurs. </span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>Ecosystem Exposure: </strong>Through this internship you will learn the ins and outs of the Singapore tech ecosystem, as well as the different ways its resources can support the rest of ASEAN.</span></p><ul><li><p><span>You will be exposed to different ecosystem players from founders, journalists, investors, lawyers, service providers, the like.</span></p></li><li><p><span>You will have the opportunity to collaborate with all staff members across Asia, as well as parts of our Global team, which are some of the smartest, most ambitious and fun colleagues around the world</span></p></li></ul></li></ul><p><strong>SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><ul><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>Must be a student attending an institution of learning with courses leading to a degree, certificate or diploma - or - you were a student during the preceding semester or have not yet graduated or completed the educational requirements of the program.</span></p></li><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>Familiarity with working with data analysis tools, advance usage of excel, Salesforce preferred. </span></p></li><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>Interested in Program Management, Entrepreneurship and Venture Capital</span></p></li><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>Strong networks in Singapore preferred</span></p></li><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>Must be able to work in Singapore on the ground and must be able to cover your flights and accommodations in Singapore (School Grants, Stipends will help)</span></p></li><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>Must be willing to learn and follow directions, and have a get stuff done attitude.</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. We will not be able to interview or select candidates without valid U.S. work authorization for the 2026 year.</strong></span></p></li></ul><hr><p><span><strong>PROGRAM OVERVIEW</strong></span></p><p><span>The <strong>Endeavor Global Summer Internship Program</strong> invites students to spend 10 weeks working closely with teams within our Headquarters – Partnerships, Platforms, Marketing, Insight, People, EX Growth, Selection, Finance, Catalyst, Capital, and Global Hubs.</span></p><p><span>Our Internship Program prioritizes a hands-on and immersive experience for our interns. Interns work as contributors within their teams and take on meaningful projects that have a real-time impact on the work that we do. In addition to project-based experience, interns participate in curated learning sessions throughout the summer, including deep dives into Endeavor’s teams, public speaking and résumé workshops, fireside chats with senior leaders including our CEO, and opportunities to join networking events in our New York office. </span></p><p><span>We’re seeking driven, globally minded students who want to explore how entrepreneurship shapes economies and who are excited to contribute in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment.
