Job Overview We are seeking a professional, friendly, and customer-focused Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing attentive, efficient, and high-quality service to all guests. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a warm, professional manner Take customer orders accurately and efficiently Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation and quality standards are consistently met Provide knowledgeable menu recommendations and actively upsell items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Set up tables, clear dishes, and maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout service periods Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth food preparation and timely delivery Respond to guest enquiries and concerns professionally, resolving issues promptly to maintain a positive dining experience Process payments accurately using the POS system and issue receipts as required Support colleagues during busy service periods to ensure efficient restaurant operations Requirements Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is an advantage, but not essential (training will be provided) Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is desirable Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable attitude Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations accurately for billing purposes Experience working in a fast-paced hospitality or kitchen environment is beneficial A genuine passion for customer service and creating memorable guest experiences Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required Visa & Employment Contribution This position may be offered with visa sponsorship support, subject to eligibility and immigration regulations The employee is required to contribute 34% of the total visa-related costs, in line with company policy and applicable legal requirements What We Offer A supportive and professional working environment On-the-job training and skills development opportunities Competitive remuneration based on experience Career growth within a reputable hospitality operation
