This is a relationship-focused role centered on Retention & Development (R&D) - working consultatively with a book of business to drive long-term customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet short, and long term, goals.
  • Build and grow strong client relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Drive revenue and profit by uncovering opportunities and selling Lenovo's award winning hardware and services.
  • Provide exceptional sales and operational support to ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.
  • Configure, price, negotiate, and quote tailored solutions that align with customer needs.
  • Conduct proactive follow-ups, deliver product information, and manage accounts through effective communication.
  • Support corporate initiatives, including forecasting and opportunity management, to consistently achieve high performance.

What You Need to Succeed
  • Sales experience in technology or the IT industry
  • A relationship building mindset with strong acquisition selling skills

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Pay: $ 21.95/hour
  • Quarterly Bonus: $0-$10,000
  • Typical Annual OTE: $60,000-$85,000

Pay Details: $21.95 to $40.00 per hour
