This is a high-impact entry point for a digital pro who lives and breathes games–including NBA 2K–and understands creator ecosystems, commissioned content production, and the role creators & influencers play in shaping the player experience in and out of the game. </p> <p>You will be a key engine behind executing our high-volume creator & influencer content pipeline, supporting campaigns from end to end. Responsibilities include data-driven talent scouting, coordinating commissioned content, ensuring deliverables are high-quality and scalable, and tracking success using analytics tools. You will connect creator & influencer marketing efforts across cross-functional partners including Social, Paid Media, and Product Marketing teams.</p> <h2><strong>What You Will Do</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Identify and vet both endemic NBA 2K creators and non-endemic (variety, lifestyle, entertainment) influencers who align with our brand voice.</li> <li>Maintain a database of partners including content specialization, platform, and performance.</li> <li>Coordinate creative briefs and timelines for commissioned content supporting Studio initiatives and Marketing beats. </li> <li>Track the flow of assets from briefing to outreach to final delivery, ensuring all creator outputs meet deadlines, technical specifications, and usage requirements.</li> <li>Organize, tag, and distribute finished creator assets to cross-functional partners such as Paid Media and Social, ensuring content is scaled across appropriate channels (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, etc).</li> <li>Utilize analytics tools to report on the success of creator videos and livestreams for campaigns to inform future strategies.</li> <li>Support the execution of creator activations and events (e.g. <em>NBA 2K Community Day</em> preview events) that empower creators to produce impactful content and educate their communities.</li> <li>Help conceptualize and produce engaging ‘edutainment’ that effectively communicates key product messaging.</li> <li>Proactively surface standout content and emerging formats to inspire community-driven programming.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Who We Believe Will Be A Great Fit</strong></h2> <ul> <li>1-2 years of experience in creator relations, influencer marketing, or content production, ideally in gaming. Internships count and are valued!</li> <li>Strong understanding of NBA 2K (or comparable live/sports game franchises) is required, including familiarity with the game, the community, and the culture.</li> <li>Knowledge of the tools and best practices across content platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, Instagram, X, etc).</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Power user of spreadsheets, project management tools, and collaborative tools like G Suite who genuinely enjoys keeping dozens of moving parts in order.</li> <li>Fundamental proficiency in Adobe creative apps (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) is a plus.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Enthusiastic about producing scalable content and building creator-driven opportunities.</li> <li>Curious, proactive, and eager to grow!</li> <li>Ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly to meet demands for timely content.</li> </ul> <p><strong><em><span>Please note that 2K Games and its studios never uses instant messaging apps or personal email accounts to contact prospective employees or conduct interviews and when emailing, only use 2K.com accounts.</span></em></strong></p> <p>The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $65,700 and $97,260 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program. Regular, full-time employees are also eligible for a range of benefits at the Company, including: medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance coverage; 14 paid holidays per calendar year; paid vacation time per calendar year (ranging from 15 to 25 days) or eligibility to participate in the Company’s discretionary time off program; up to 10 paid sick days per calendar year; paid parental and compassionate leave; wellbeing programs for mental health and other wellness support; family planning support through Maven; commuter benefits; and reimbursements for fitness-related expenses.</p> <p><br />#LI-Hybrid</p>
