Elite Speech Therapy – Dubai, UAE

Elite Speech Therapy is seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our growing team in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated clinician who enjoys working independently and delivering high-quality, child-centred therapy within school environments.

About the Role

  • Provide individual Speech Pathology intervention to children and adolescents
  • Work primarily within school settings
  • Manage your own caseload and therapy sessions with confidence and autonomy
  • Collaborate with educators and families to support functional communication outcomes
  • Maintain professional documentation and progress reporting in line with DHA standards

This role is well suited to a Speech Pathologist who is confident in their clinical skills and comfortable working independently in school-based environments.

Work Schedule

  • Therapy is delivered during school terms on standard school days
  • You will continue to be paid during school holidays, providing income stability and work-life balance

Supervision & Support

  • You will be supervised and mentored by an Australian-recognised Speech Pathologist with over 15 years of clinical experience
  • Ongoing professional support, clinical guidance, and development opportunities are provided

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology from a recognised institution
  • DHA Licence or DHA Eligibility (mandatory)
  • Minimum 2–3 years post-graduate experience preferred
  • Experience working with children and/or adolescents
  • Strong ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and problem-solve
  • Excellent communication and professional presentation
