<p><strong>Location:</strong> Remote (U.S.-based)<br><strong>Type:</strong> Contracted to potentially Full-Time</p><p>Cyclotron is seeking a Senior Change Leadership Consultant to help clients navigate complex transformation with clarity, confidence, and measurable impact. This strategic role leads the design and execution of change strategies that drive adoption, accelerate outcomes, and align stakeholders across enterprise initiatives—primarily within Microsoft ecosystems. </p><p><img alt="" height="1" src="https://assets.jazz.co/customers/customer_20221003204914_WRXVHFOWVWYBUTHC/layout/20250717222349-image-20250717172349-1.png" width="1"></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do: </strong></p><p>As a Senior Change Leadership, you’ll lead clients through change by designing and executing strategies that enable people to adopt new ways of working. You will: </p><ul><li><p>Lead Change Strategy & Execution <br>Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder interviews to inform tailored change strategies and execution plans aligned to business goals. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Engage Stakeholders & Build Alignment <br>Develop and execute stakeholder engagement plans that foster alignment, address concerns, and build advocacy across all levels of the organization. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Design Communications & Enablement <br>Create compelling communication strategies and content including executive messaging, user guides, job aids, videos, and other enablement tools to support awareness and adoption. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Deliver Training & Facilitation <br>Design and facilitate instructor-led training sessions and develop scalable learning resources to equip users with the knowledge and confidence to adopt new tools and processes. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Drive Adoption & Measure Impact <br>Define, collect, and analyze adoption metrics to assess progress, identify gaps, and inform continuous improvement. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Coach Leaders & Build Change Capability <br>Support and coach project sponsors and leaders in their role as change champions, ensuring visible and active sponsorship throughout the initiative. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Establish & Sustain Change Networks / Super User Networks <br>Build and manage change networks to extend reach, reinforce messaging, and sustain momentum across the organization. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Mitigate Resistance & Accelerate Buy-In <br>Identify sources of resistance and develop targeted mitigation strategies to reduce friction and accelerate adoption. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Collaborate Across Teams <br>Partner closely with client teams, internal consultants, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and alignment. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Support Business Development <br>Contribute to pre-sales efforts by participating in scoping conversations, estimating project effort, and drafting statements of work. </p></li></ul><p><strong>What You Bring: </strong></p><ul><li><p>10+ years leading enterprise change initiatives with proven business outcomes </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Deep expertise in change leadership frameworks and methodologies </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Strong background in Microsoft technologies including M365 Copilot AI tools and IT transformation </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Executive presence with the ability to influence at all levels </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Exceptional communication skills—clear, concise, and audience-aware </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Experience developing training and communication assets across formats </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Agile mindset with the ability to pivot and adapt in dynamic environments </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Self-starter who can quickly assess, adapt, and deliver value to clients from day one </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Big 4 consulting experience and change management certification preferred </p></li></ul><p><img alt="" height="1" src="https://assets.jazz.co/customers/customer_20221003204914_WRXVHFOWVWYBUTHC/layout/20250717222349-image-20250717172349-3.png" width="1"></p><p><strong>Additional Details: </strong></p><ul><li><p>Sanitized examples of deliverables may be requested </p></li></ul><p></p><br> <p>Cyclotron is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
