About the position

The Sr Digital Partnerships Analyst role is responsible for driving the product marketing and channel enablement for new products, services, and partners. The role develops messaging and acquisition strategy and works with channel partners to effectively execute. The role works with the product owners to define the go to market strategies, influence the campaign development, and develop customer communications supported by rigorous market and competitive research, experimentation learnings, and customer feedback. Supports the effectiveness of channels by working with channel managers and partners to facilitate the on boarding of new channel partners, the integration of new products and services, provide support for channels to ensure sell through effectiveness, and other day to day activities designed to maximize the channel productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute product marketing and acquisition strategy for certain products and product lines
  • Assist with the onboarding and incubation of new channel partners
  • Support day-to-day needs and issues resolution of existing channels partners; oversee the launch of new channel programs
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Analytics team to develop and maintain reporting for KPIs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or Finance
  • Minimum of 5 years' work experience in energy, technology or a service related business
  • Advanced-level use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of product marketing functions including competitive analysis, customer requirements, pricing, and operational support
  • Ability to understand and build relationships with external partners
  • Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with others

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience managing or supporting 3rd party broker relationships
  • Project Management skills, with an emphasis on managing through internal team collaborations & milestones
  • Account Management experience for 3rd party brokers, highly preferred
  • Previous product marketing or digital marketing campaign experience
  • Excel proficiency with v-lookups, pivot tables, and data repair functions
  • Master's degree business or marketing
  • Mass Markets Retail Energy Industry Experience
