<p><strong>Department: </strong>Marketing</p><p><strong>Reports to: </strong>Creative Manager</p><p><strong>Location: </strong>Lehi, Utah (Hybrid)</p><p><strong>Employment Type: </strong>Full-Time</p><p>   </p><p>I.         <strong>General Responsibilities</strong></p><p>The Sr. Graphic Designer role at New U Life is ideal for a creative problem-solver with a strong eye for design who serves as a brand steward and drives the “WOW” factor across all creative work. This role is responsible for owning and furthering the visual brand across all channels and markets, helping shape the future of New U Life’s design systems while showcasing the company’s products and opportunities through innovative, cohesive visual experiences. Working closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams, the Graphic Designer collaborates cross-functionally to ensure brand clarity, consistency, and impact as the brand evolves. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and driven, with a passion for innovation and a desire to take the next step in their creative career.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Performance </strong></p><p><strong>WHAT YOU WILL OWN (including, but not limited to):</strong></p><ul><li>      <strong>Strategic Collaboration and Branding</strong>: Act as the point person for graphic design to ensure New U Life’s branding growth and consistency across departments. Collaborate closely with the Content Marketing Manager, Product, and Sales teams to ensure that all designs align with the overall brand vision.</li><li>      <strong>Design Development and Execution</strong>: Handle all stages of design from concept to final deliverable for both print and digital platforms. This includes creating drafts, preparing files for printing, and ensuring quality checks.</li><li>     <strong>Content Creation and Curation</strong>: Produce high-quality, original content for all channels, ads, and promotional materials, including 3D renderings. Ensure that content is optimized for the global audience and compliant per market.</li><li>    <strong>Stakeholder Communication and Review</strong>: Manage an efficient review and feedback process with stakeholders, ensuring that designs meet the intended message, audience, and project requirements. Use project management tools to keep tasks organized.</li><li>     <strong>Visual Media and Assets</strong>: Develop unique, engaging visual media, including graphics, clip art, and simple drawings, that can be globally deployed. Ensure all choices complement the intended message.</li><li>      <strong>Interdepartmental Teamwork</strong>: Work in synergy with a diverse team consisting of copywriters, photographers, web developers, and marketing specialists to complete projects within deadlines.</li><li>      <strong>Market Research and Trend Analysis</strong>: Regularly research market trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to ensure New U Life remains competitive and current in its design elements.</li><li>    <strong>Global and Localized Design</strong>: Adapt creative content for a global audience, ensuring that all assets are translated and culturally appropriate. Work closely with Sales and Marketing to guarantee market compliance.</li><li>      <strong>Asset and Document Management</strong>: Administer the centralized storage of all creative assets on the New U Life Intranet, ensuring that all materials are up-to-date and easily accessible for all teams.</li><li>      <strong>Content Creation Oversight</strong>: In conjunction with the Vice President of Marketing and the Design Team, manage and direct photoshoots and video opportunities that contribute to a diverse, vibrant content portfolio for New U Life.</li><li>      Additional duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>II.         <strong>Qualifications </strong></p><p><strong>A.   Education and Experience</strong></p><ul><li>      A proven track record and portfolio in graphic design and brand stewardship.</li><li>      Knowledge of fundamental design principles and practices as normally acquired through – at minimum - a bachelor’s degree in Art, Graphic Design, or any relevant discipline.</li><li>      Minimum 3 years’ experience in the areas of graphics, art, advertising, HTML, UI/UX concepts, art history, mediums, and digital graphic design preferred.</li><li>      Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other similar design software.</li><li>      Ability to think beyond traditional design concepts and generate design ideas that inspire and captivate consumers and satisfy the requirements of the field. </li><li>      Computer literacy in a Windows environment with a desire to leverage technology to find solutions. High level of Microsoft Office competency including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.</li><li>      Knowledge of basic Ai principles and design workflows that use Ai for efficiency and/or concept validation.</li></ul><p><strong>B.   Knowledge, Skills, and Physical Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>      Ability to work within a diverse team with varying levels of experience to produce the highest quality creative materials.</li><li>      Ability to self-manage while executing complex deadline-oriented projects. Solid project management skills and organization skills needed. Ability to pay close attention to detail.</li><li>      Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills required.  </li><li>      Understand the principles of public relations and outreach programs to build a larger community that will empower the New U Life brand.</li></ul><p><strong>C.   Preferred Skills</strong></p><p>A knowledge of social media marketing management software platforms, photography, videography, and graphic design platforms, such as software consistent with Adobe Suite. </p><p>Knowledge of web development principles in HTML, CSS, CAD, and Wireframes.</p><p><strong>D.   Attitudes and Aptitudes</strong></p><ul><li>      A drive to learn new skills and stay up to date on industry best practices.</li><li>      Positive attitude and inspiring presence.</li><li>      Ability to portray confidence and ownership of creative projects.</li><li>      A strong desire to provide health solutions to individuals.</li><li>      Passion for technology and digital platforms to promote brands online.</li></ul>
