<h3>Job Title</h3>Sr Manager, Technical Standards & Operations<p></p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><b>Senior Manager, Technical Standards & Operations</b></p><p>The Senior Manager, Technical Standards and Operations is responsible for defining, implementing, and measuring adherence to internal technical standards across the commercial lifecycle—from sales engagement through delivery and ongoing customer success for the Hospital Patient Monitoring Business in North America.</p><p></p><p><b>Your role:</b></p><ul><li>​Translates enterprise strategy into day-to-day execution by establishing clear technical processes, enforcing consistency, and reducing variability across teams. The focus is practical: create standards teams can follow, measure compliance, and fix what breaks.</li><li>Define and document internal standards for technical resources and processes across sales support, implementation, and customer success. Maintain process documentation, role definitions, and engagement models to ensure clarity and consistency. Ensure standards align with enterprise goals and evolving business needs.</li><li>Establish mechanisms to measure adherence to internal technical standards, including KPIs, dashboards, and periodic reviews. Identify gaps in compliance and partner with functional leaders to drive corrective actions. Escalate systemic issues and risks to the leadership and a proposed solution.</li><li>Support standardized handoffs and workflows between sales, delivery, and customer success. Help reduce rework, delays, and confusion caused by inconsistent technical practices. Improve visibility into technical resource utilization and readiness through standardized processes.</li><li>Support rollout and adoption of standards through training materials, playbooks, and communications. Collect feedback from field teams and customers to continuously improve technical processes. Partner with Sales Leadership, Standards, Commercial Operations, Delivery, and other Enablement teams to ensure tools support standardized execution.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Youre the right fit if: </b></p><ul><li>You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in technical operations, service delivery, customer success, or commercial operations, preferably in healthcare technology or regulated B2B environments. Hands-on experience defining, implementing, or enforcing operational or technical standards.</li><li>Your skills include strong understanding of sales engineering, implementation, and customer success workflows. Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
