The Amazon Freight Partner team is seeking candidates with entrepreneurial spirit who are quick learners and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment. As a Sr. Product Manager in this role, you will be responsible for launching new products and features to support AFP growth and efficiency in the middle mile space. You will be responsible for defining the product features, work with cross functional teams (product, engineering, pricing, marketing, fleet, legal, etc.) to get the program off the ground, develop and execute the scaling strategy, and manage the product roadmap. You will make key strategic decisions and get buy-in from senior leadership across transportation. If you enjoy building from scratch, working in a fast-paced environment, and structuring ambiguous problems, this could be a great role for you. As an ideal candidate, you will need an extensive background in product management, demonstrated leadership of high-impact strategic initiatives, and experience in managing and launching products. You possess the ability to synthesize customer pain points, craft product vision and roadmaps, develop requirements and manage all aspects of execution. This requires rapid learning in new domain areas, understanding integration between products and systems, technical skillsets in analyzing data to make product decisions. Responsibilities

  • Launching new products and features to support AFP growth and efficiency in the middle mile space.
  • Defining the product features
  • Work with cross functional teams (product, engineering, pricing, marketing, fleet, legal, etc.) to get the program off the ground

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience with end to end product delivery
  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with data analysis and SQL
