As a R&D Contract Recruiter, you will source, attract and hire the very best talent across our Engineering and Product Management teams! You will source, attract, and engage the very best talent on the planet to help forward our mission to protect our customers from cyber attacks! On a daily basis, you will partner with hiring leaders, Rec-Ops, Talent Marketing, cross-functional partners, and Coordination teams. You will have the latitude and trust to drive hiring tactics that are innovative, efficient, data-driven, resulting in high-quality, high-velocity hiring for your client groups. </p> <h2><strong>What you will do </strong></h2> <ul> <li>Consistently build compelling messages to attract top passive talent with continued coaching from leadership</li> <li>Actively engages your professional network and internal colleagues for sourcing top talent</li> <li>Consistently uses a number of tools to map talent communities and track talent trends</li> <li>Consistently executes 20+ interviews per week with quality candidates</li> <li>Run RPS with excellence, while proactively pursuing opportunities to improve</li> <li>Regularly seeks feedback and learning opportunities from leadership and senior peers, rapidly adapts, noting progress to the provider</li> <li>Function as a thought partner to hiring leaders for efficient, effective full cycle Recruitment of targeted talent communities</li> <li>Demonstrate understanding of internal org structure and related dependencies</li> <li>Seek to understand cross-functional dynamics and dependencies </li> <li>Operate tools and systems with consistency and high data integrity </li> <li>Add to the culture through positive energy, production momentum, collaborative problem solving, shared learnings, and peer recognition</li> <li>Demonstrate career-level Recruiting expertise on digital platforms, inspiring confidence and curiosity in key talent communities</li> <li>Consistently post relevant content in alignment with organizational EVP</li> <li>Find and leverage data to articulate compelling narratives for key stakeholders</li> <li>Communicate pipeline data and information to hiring partners at a regular cadence, identifying impediments to success</li> <li>Deliver against a quarterly hiring goal of six starts, and is able to work effectively to support 3+ hiring teams</li> <li>Average time-to-fill of <60 days</li> <li>Offer Acceptance rate of 80%+</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Must Haves </strong></h2> <ul> <li>5+ years of proven experience hiring top talent at a SaaS or similar organization</li> <li>Deep experience partnering with hiring teams in a consultative manner</li> <li>Fluency with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter</li> <li>Proven track record of meeting and exceeding hiring goals in high growth environments</li> </ul> <p>#LI-JT1</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><br>Abnormal AI is an equal opportunity employer.
