THE WORK The selected Candidate for this position will report to the Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance, and Strategic Effects Business Operations Manager and will be responsible for all aspects of Program Finance for an exciting opportunity to oversee the development of a System of Systems that will be sold from a Lockheed Martin Affiliated Company. This will be a commercial FFP endeavor that requires management of internal funding investment as well as external funding. The result will be a Command and Control System that supports the emerging market with multiple integrated technologies. The development of this system will require internal Earned Value Management to keep the effort on track, and will require significant cross Business Area coordination as it will be a significant 1LM solution that RMS has the lead on. The program team is primarily located at the LM RMS Deer Creek, Littleton Location but will have other support ranging in locations across the continental US. Specific responsibilities include monthly program reporting and analysis and close interaction with the program Manager, CAMS, and Program Finance leadership as well as the cross Business Area teams. Candidate should have financial skills to forecast and analyze new awards, sales, profit and cash, and assist the Program Manager in the development of the Long Range Plan. The selected Candidate will perform cost analysis, reconciliations, generate monthly earned value metrics, and report financial information for multiple colors of money for the ISR&SE Division. Requirements

  • Significant EVMS knowledge
  • SME Level Excel Skills
  • Experience in Cobra, Open Plan, or other Cost & Schedule management platforms
  • FP&A experience; Hyperion preferred
  • Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
  • Experience managing a business and developing a product that requires multiple funding sources - IRAD/Capital/B&P/as well as External Funding

  • Experience with Commercial Development FFP contracts
  • Lockheed Martin Cross BA Finance experience
  • Executive Level presentation experience
