About the Role

  • Job Title: SRE Production Support
  • Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as Tier 3/4 escalation for production issues with code-level troubleshooting across Claims & Benefits applications.

  • Perform deep Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and drive permanent fixes in partnership with engineering teams.
  • Own reliability, availability, and performance of applications and SQL Server databases.

  • Implement automation and self-healing using Azure Power Automate, Logic Apps, and DevOps pipelines.
  • Build observability and proactive monitoring using Azure-native tools and AI-driven alerting.

  • Lead Major Incident Management (MIM) and ensure clear communication with healthcare stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years in SRE, Application Support, or Dev roles with strong production ownership.
  • Hands-on experience with C#, .NET / ASP.NET, Java/Spring Boot, and SQL Server.
  • Strong experience with Azure cloud, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.
  • Proven ability to automate operational tasks using Power Automate / Logic Apps or RPA tools.
  • Experience supporting Healthcare Payor systems (Claims, Benefits, EDI workflows).
  • Solid knowledge of HIPAA, PHI, and regulated production environments.

    Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between [$125,000-$130,000 per annum]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
