Make It Possible.</b></p><p></p><p>The Strategic Events Operations & Execution Coordinator s<span>upports the end-to-end planning and delivery of high-impact events by owning event logistics, timelines, and day-of execution. This role partners with cross-functional teams and external vendors to coordinate venue needs, travel, budgets, registrations, materials, and onsite support—ensuring every detail is handled and each event runs smoothly. The coordinator brings strong project management, clear communication, and a service-minded approach to create consistent, on-brand event experiences and continuously improve processes for scalable event execution. </span></p><p></p><p><b>How you will contribute</b></p><p></p><p>You will:</p><ul><li><p>Own end-to-end event operations for strategic internal and external events, from kickoff through post-event wrap-up</p></li><li><p>Build and manage detailed project plans (timelines, run-of-show, checklists) to keep stakeholders aligned and on track</p></li><li><p>Coordinate logistics across venues, catering, A/V, travel, shipping, signage, materials, swag, and onsite support</p></li><li><p>Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, People, Finance, Exec/Admin) to gather requirements and execute flawlessly</p></li><li><p>Manage vendor relationships and workback schedules; track deliverables and ensure service-level expectations are met</p></li><li><p>Support budget tracking, PO/invoice processing, and expense reconciliation to maintain cost control and accuracy</p></li><li><p>Oversee registration and attendee communications (invites, confirmations, reminders, onsite instructions) to drive a strong experience</p></li><li><p>Lead day-of execution: set-up, staff/volunteer coordination, troubleshooting, and ensuring the program stays on schedule</p></li><li><p>Capture post-event insights (feedback, lessons learned, metrics) and recommend improvements to processes and playbooks</p></li><li><p>Maintain event documentation, templates, and operating rhythms to scale execution across multiple events</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>What you will bring</b></p><p></p><p>A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:</p><p></p><ul><li><p>2+ years of experience supporting event operations, programs, or project coordination (internal, external, or hybrid events)</p></li><li><p>Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple events and deadlines at once</p></li><li><p>Operational excellence and attention to detail</p></li><li><p>Comfort working with vendors and negotiating logistics details, timelines, and deliverables</p></li><li><p>Experience tracking budgets, processing invoices/POs, and maintaining organized documentation</p></li><li><p>Ability to lift and move event materials and travel occasionally (as needed for onsite execution)</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><h2><span><b><u>Salary and Benefits:</u></b></span></h2><p></p>The base salary range for this position is $56,200 to $77,275; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.<p></p><p><span>In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time.
