Summer Sales Internship – Forge Marketing

Paid Internship | Housing Available | Leadership Opportunities | Summer 2026

About the Opportunity

Looking for a summer experience that actually changes your life?
Forge Marketing’s Summer Sales Internship is not your average 9-to-5 or resume filler — it’s a transformational, high-earning, real-world experience designed for college students who want to level up fast in business, leadership, and personal growth.
As a Sales Representative, you’ll join a driven team of student entrepreneurs selling home pest-control services door-to-door across some of the fastest-growing markets in the U.S. (Phoenix, Dallas, Houston, Orlando, and more). You’ll learn how to communicate, persuade, lead, and win — all while earning uncapped commissions and building lifelong skills.

What You’ll Gain

  • Uncapped earning potential: Average interns earn $15,000–$35,000+ in one summer. Top performers exceed $50,000.
  • Housing provided: Live with your team in fully furnished summer housing near your assigned market.
  • World-class sales training: Daily mentorship from 7-figure leaders and proven industry professionals.
  • Leadership development: Top interns earn opportunities to lead teams and recruit their own reps next season.
  • Resume gold: Build the kind of real-world experience and confidence that employers (and investors) love.
  • Performance incentives: Cash bonuses, company trips, and competitions throughout the summer.

What You’ll Learn

  • How to master influence, negotiation, and people skills.
  • How to set goals and execute with discipline and accountability.
  • Real business experience — lead generation, marketing, time management, and closing deals.
  • The psychology of sales and personal performance.
  • How to build and manage your own sales team (for those who advance).

Who We’re Looking For
We don’t care what you’ve done — we care who you want to become.
This internship is ideal for college students and young adults who are:

  • Competitive, goal-oriented, and eager to grow.
  • Excited about entrepreneurship, sales, or leadership.
  • Hungry to break out of the average and make serious money.
  • Willing to relocate for the summer and put in the work.
  • Coachable and willing to learn from mentors who’ve already succeeded.
