Job Overview
As a Team Leader, you’ll support both the FOH Manager and Assistant Manager in overseeing daily service, ensuring brand standards are met and exceeded. You’ll lead by example — stepping in as a server or food runner when needed, guiding your team with confidence, and ensuring smooth operations from start to finish, while also contributing to operational reporting and continuous improvement.

Duties

  • Support the FOH and Assistant Manager in overseeing daily service
  • Lead by example and motivate the service team to deliver high standards
  • Ensure food runners and wait staff are completing duties efficiently and correctly
  • Maintain brand presentation and guest experience standards across the floor
  • Assist with service briefings and post-service reviews
  • Complete and submit required shift reports and operational paperwork
  • Attend weekly team meetings to discuss service delivery, targets, and action points
  • Help train new staff and support ongoing team development
  • Communicate effectively across all departments including kitchen and management

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a senior server, team leader or supervisor in a high-end dining environment
  • Able and willing to perform food running and serving duties hands-on when needed
  • A natural leader with a strong team spirit and great communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and committed to delivering flawless guest service
  • Calm under pressure, solution-driven, and approachable
  • Confident in managing people, processes, and reporting
  • A collaborative mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or senior server role in a premium dining environment
  • Comfortable completing reports and administrative tasks
  • Reliable, professional, and passionate about hospitality
