Assist in preparing the operating room before and after surgical procedures. Ensure all necessary equipment and supplies are properly sterilized and available for use. Anticipate the needs of the surgical team during procedures and provide necessary assistance. Maintain a sterile and safe environment in the operating room at all times. Accurately document and track all supplies used during procedures. Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes. Provide compassionate care to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures. Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the surgical team. Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols. Continuously seek to improve and update surgical skills and knowledge through ongoing education and training. Maintain and organize surgical equipment and supplies to ensure their proper functioning and availability. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to provide exceptional customer service. Uphold the values and mission of Catholic Health Initiatives in all job duties.
