Write and edit technical content, including but not limited to whitepapers, case studies, product documentation, blog posts, and social media posts. Simplify complex technical concepts and make them easy to understand for non-technical audiences. Ensure consistency and adherence to IBM's style and tone guidelines in all technical content. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to incorporate into content creation. Review and revise existing technical content to ensure it is up-to-date and relevant. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical content is aligned with overall marketing and business goals. Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Continuously improve and optimize technical content based on feedback and performance metrics. Use SEO techniques to optimize technical content for search engines. Maintain a high level of quality and accuracy in all technical content.
