About the Role As a Senior Technical Professional in Technical Services , you will provide application expertise, technical guidance, and operational insight across global product and service applications. You will collaborate with Business Development, Application Engineering, Training, Operations, and external customers to ensure technical accuracy, drive knowledge management, and support continuous improvement for Artificial Lift systems. Key Responsibilities Provide application expertise and specialized technical support for global product and service applications. Review technical content on Halworld product and service pages and recommend updates to ensure accuracy and relevance. Respond to inquiries submitted through the Knowledge Base system and author new articles for publication. Support project development and prioritization as part of the PSL Project Review Team or PD&C. Offer practical and operational field perspectives to guide product enhancements and new technology development. Establish and communicate operational performance expectations and technical specifications. Ensure Reliability, Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), and Quality standards are integrated into all job activities. Standardize and maintain operational terminology used across dashboards, SCADA systems, and reporting. Collaborate across functions to resolve technical challenges and support efficient operations. Contribute to initiatives that enhance cost containment, operational efficiency, and service quality. Qualifications Required: Undergraduate degree in Engineering or related discipline. Minimum 4 years of experience in PSL Field Operations, Business Development, or Technology Development related to field operations. Candidates exceeding minimum job requirements may be considered for higher-level roles based on experience, additional qualifications, and business needs.
