Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed patient assessments via secure telehealth platforms, including medical histories, and symptom review.
  • Provide patient education on disease management, medication administration, lifestyle modifications, and preventive care strategies.
  • Perform HX assessments remote
  • Educate on medications
  • Document all patient encounters accurately within EMR/EHR systems while adhering to HIPAA privacy standards.
  • Maintain accurate EHR documentation in compliance with policies; stay current with geriatrics, psychopharmacology, and workers’ compensation practices.

Requirements

  • Current licensure as an NP, PA, or MD with valid state licensing for telehealth practice.
  • Proven experience with telehealth platforms and virtual patient engagement tools.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, and diagnostic evaluation techniques such as sonography or laboratory specimen processing.
  • Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems including Epic, Athenahealth, Cerner, or similar platforms.
  • Experience managing diverse patient populations including pediatrics, geriatrics, hospice & palliative medicine, or patients with complex chronic conditions such as dialysis or infectious disease care.
  • Excellent communication skills for health coaching in a remote setting.
  • Knowledge of CPT coding and ICD coding (ICD-9/10) for accurate documentation and billing purposes.

Pay: $160,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
