Qualifications/Skills: Education/Certification: * High school diploma or equivalent. Special Knowledge/Skills: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work with people effectively. * Strong time management skills. * Fluent in English (speaking and writing). * Bilingual a plus. Experience: * Previous experience preferred. Major Duties and Responsibilities: Athletics Support: * Interact with and provide assistance to district personnel. * Assist Administrative Assistant, Executive Director and other Department Directors with various office duties as assigned. * Perform assigned Athletic department functions such as, but not limited to, concessions, gate work, parking, score keeping, ticket selling and taking, graduation, athletic training, sports event needs, etc. Other: * Participate in cross-training. * Perform other duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities: * None Equipment Used: Various office equipment depending on assignment. Working Conditions: Mental Demands: * Maintain emotional control under stress. * Work with frequent interruptions. * This position requires regular in-person interaction with the public. Physical Demands: * Repetitive hand motions. * Prolonged and irregular hours depending on the assignment. * Frequent sitting, standing, stooping, bending, pushing and pulling depending on the assignment.
