We are seeking a Temporary Game Support Representative who loves Wizards products and is passionate about customer service! This role will represent Wizards of the Coast by interacting directly with our customers.

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide excellent customer service via email through our CRM for all of Wizards' products, both analog and digital.
  • Provide service through email, phones, and chat based on product and type of contact.
  • Identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues that are within the authority of this job using provided support documentation and recognize when issues need to be elevated.
  • Keep up to date on Wizards’ products and public-facing communications about products we and our licensed partners release.

What You’ll Brin
  • High School Graduate or equivalent experience is required.
  • Customer Service: 2+ years experience working in consumer customer service. Accustomed to working in a fast-paced, dynamic and entrepreneurial environment with a sophisticated understanding of customer service principles, skills, processes and techniques.
  • Ability to craft clear, customer-facing and internal communications with little to no grammatical errors.
  • Initiative: A willingness to investigate issues per documented processes and provide recommendations for updates as needed.
  • Product Familiarity: An understanding of what customers genuinely care about with product issues they encounter.

Nice to Have:
  • Call center experience and familiarity with MS Office Suite, Zendesk, and Confluence.

Additional Details:

Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Wizards through an external staffing partner. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by Eastridge and will not be an employee of Wizards.

  • Location: Fully Remote out of Renton, WA area
  • Duration: 12 months
  • Pay Range: $18-24/hour.

The hourly rate for this position is to . The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
