## Key Role Overview The Territory Business Manager will represent Dexcom to healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and other institutions focused on diabetes care, driving adoption and expanded use of Dexcom continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) products. This role combines sales, clinical education, trade-show representation, and territory strategy execution to increase market share and meet territory sales goals. ## What are the Key Responsibilities? - Call on physicians, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, diabetes education nurses, office/hospital administrative staff, and durable medical equipment providers to influence and support prescribing of Dexcom products to patients. - Provide technical expertise and train healthcare professionals to use Dexcom products and integrate them into practice. - Represent Dexcom at local, regional, and national trade shows and diabetes exhibits to promote products to the diabetes community. - Provide education on Dexcom products to pharmacies within the assigned territory. - Partner with market access, trade, government affairs, district and territory sales teams, and other departments to facilitate territory sales growth. - Implement Dexcom strategy, monitor progress toward sales goals using company analytical tools, and be responsible for meeting/exceeding assigned territory sales targets and KPIs. - Complete all administrative requirements in a timely fashion as directed by management. ## What are the Required Qualifications? - Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience. - Possession of a valid state driver’s license, automobile insurance, and a satisfactory driving record as determined by company policy. - Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings, and ability to travel extensively (50%–75%). - Demonstrated ability to collaborate with district and territory sales teams to achieve sales targets and KPIs. ## What are the Preferred Qualifications? - Previous medical or pharmaceutical sales experience with a strong track record of sales success. - Diabetes disease-state knowledge. - Previous non-medical or non-pharma sales experience will also be considered. ## Compensation & Benefits - Salary range: $87,000 - $145,000 per year. - Full and comprehensive benefits program. - Growth opportunities on a global scale and access to career development through in-house learning programs and/or qualified tuition reimbursement. - Opportunity to work with life-changing CGM technology and join the Dexcom community. ## Additional Information - Remote workplace: this is a home office role; you are not required to live within commuting distance of an assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles / 120 km).
