We ensure safety, quality and productivity for our customers across major industries around the world.<br><br><strong>Partner with the best<br><br></strong>As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing a strategic territory plan for the sale of Non-destructive testing systems to customers in key segments including Aerospace, Defense, Automotive & Electric Vehicles, Additive Manufacturing, Medical Devices and Electronics.<br><br>As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:<br><br><br><ul><li>Selling product(s) and services including system upgrades, service contracts and inspection services within assigned geographical area.</li><li>Developing a pipeline by having a clear understanding of sales processes and stages.</li><li>Forecasting of system and service sales to the region director including weekly deal and pipeline reviews.</li><li>Managing CRM (Deal Machine) to ensure accuracy of forecast to the business.</li><li>Traveling throughout the territory to manage installed base, developing new opportunities and managing customer relationships.</li><li>Working with Application Engineers to qualify the opportunity, developing deal strategies and becoming the technical solution of choice for the customer.</li><li>Driving deals to closure including quoting, negotiation and OTR (Order to Remittance) handoff.<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Fuel your passion<br><br></strong>To be successful in this role you will:<br><br><br><ul><li>Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college OR a high school diploma or equivalent. STEM discipline preferred.</li><li>Have a minimum of 3+ additional years of experience in sales.</li><li>Be able to travel 50%-70% of the time.</li><li>Possess experience in key strategic segments: Avionics, Electronics, Space and Defense, and Automotive/Electric Vehicles (Preferred).</li><li>Have up to 5 years of experience in Non-Destructive Testing (Preferred).</li><li>Possess Capital Sales Experience with Deal Values greater than $750,000 USD (preferred).</li><li>Demonstrate strong interpersonal and leadership skills.</li><li>Ability to manage several sales opportunities simultaneously.<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Work in a way that works for you<br><br></strong>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too. The pay range/scale displayed above represents Baker Hughes’ good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position at the time of this posting and applies to the possible locations for this position. Baker Hughes will issue a non-bias competitive offer; the salary range posted for this position reflects the projected hiring range for new hires, full-time salaries in some U.S. locations, not including equity or benefits. Where an applicant will ultimately fall within the pay range/scale depends on a variety of factors, including, for example, geographic work location, skillset, qualifications, internal pay alignment, level of experience, and demonstrated performance over time.
