Cedar Park Group is recruiting for a Tester Level II to support a large, high-visibility public-sector program.

Schedule/Shift:

  • Hybrid (in-office/remote mix)
  • 15 month engagement

Position Overview

In this role, you'll support quality assurance efforts across complex functional domains in a matrix environment, helping ensure test planning, execution, reporting, and stakeholder communication are handled consistently and professionally.

Required Qualifications

  • 47 years of experience as a Tester (Level II)

  • 47 years managing QA/testing across multiple high-profile projects with complex functional domains in a matrix organization

  • 47 years reporting and presenting test status/results to stakeholders and senior management

Preferred Qualifications

  • 47 years developing test plans, test cases, defect tracking, and automated tests

  • 47 years leading functional test planning and test execution activities

  • Automated testing using tools such as Selenium or Katalon Studio

  • Experience with Jira and Xray Test Management (or similar test management/defect tools)

  • Experience with Java scripting or related programming languages for automated test scripting

  • 35 years creating test metrics reports/dashboards using Jira or other tools

  • 2+ years QA experience on projects related to Child Support applications

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain test plans and test cases aligned to project requirements

  • Execute functional testing and coordinate testing activities across project teams

  • Track, document, and follow up on defects using test management/defect tools (e.g., Jira/Xray or similar)

  • Build and maintain automated test scripts (e.g., Selenium/Katalon) where applicable

  • Produce test metrics, dashboards, and written status updates; present results to stakeholders and senior leadership
