Overview
The Temp Coordinator, Paid Media - North America supports Tiffany & Co.'s regional brand and growth objectives by ensuring the flawless execution of paid media initiatives that elevate brand desirability and drive performance across priority campaigns and product launches. Partnering closely with the Manager and Director of Paid Media, this role coordinates day-to-day activation with our media agency and cross-functional teams, translating plans into precise deliverables, budgets, timelines, and reporting. The Coordinator brings rigor to data visualization to inform optimizations, while stewarding channels such as outdoor and digital to uphold Tiffany's standards of excellence. This role is instrumental in operationalizing best-in-class media execution that enhances reach, efficiency, and consistency across the North America market.

Key Accountabilities

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of paid media campaigns across North America, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and assets are accurately communicated and fulfilled.
  • Partner with the Media Manager and agency teams to maintain updated flowcharts, tracking documents, and activation details.
  • Support the development, maintenance, and reconciliation of campaign budgets and forecasts.
  • Assist with data visualization for reporting, including assembling performance summaries and supporting ongoing optimization discussions.
  • Participate in recurring cross-functional meetings and agency/vendor check-ins, helping to ensure alignment across marketing, merchandising, creative, and regional teams.
  • Assist in preparing materials for internal and external presentations.
  • Support special projects and time-sensitive assignments as needed to assist broader Media team goals and campaign initiatives.

Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel (including pivot tables, formulas, and working within complex workbooks) and strong competency in PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical abilities and comfort working with data-heavy materials.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables, timelines, and partners in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, external agencies, and vendors.
  • Foundational understanding of media, communication, and marketing channels, including digital, social, and traditional platforms.
  • Knowledge of the luxury landscape and an interest in staying informed on category trends, competitive activity, and emerging media opportunities.

Preferred
  • Previous experience in media, marketing, advertising, or related internships (agency or client-side).
  • Familiarity with media planning or reporting tools (e.g., DSPs, social platforms, or analytics dashboards).
  • Experience working with creative, marketing, or merchandising teams in a cross-functional setting.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, problem-solve, and support evolving priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Availability to work occasional evenings or weekends during peak campaign periods, as needed.


Salary: $35.00 an hour, full time
