THIS IS A TEMPORARY POSITION FOR 5 MONTHS

The Temp Specialist, Media - North America supports the development, execution, and measurement of Tiffany & Co.'s media initiatives across the US and Canada. This role helps manage day‑to‑day campaign execution, and ensures operational excellence through precise budget tracking, reporting, and cross‑channel media coordination.

The ideal candidate brings strong media fundamentals, a passion for luxury brand marketing, and the ability to operate both strategically and hands-on.

Key focus areas include:

  • Budget & Finance: Manage and track media budgets across campaigns, collections, and invoices.


  • Business Analytics: Translate consumer and performance insights into actionable recommendations that support brand and business objectives.


  • Project & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate across a global, multifunctional organization to ensure seamless execution and alignment.


  • Executional Excellence: Maintain rigorous attention to detail, timelines, and communication across all media deliverables.


  • Cross‑Functional Partnership: Serve as a key liaison between North America Media, Brand Management, the Media Agency, and cross-functional teams (eCommerce, PR, Events).

Media Planning, Execution, and Operations

  • Track and manage media budgets by channel and category for Finance and internal reporting.


  • Monitor spend across collections, campaigns, and channels, including production costs and agency fees.


  • Facilitate approval and tracking of all media invoices with the global agency and production vendors.


  • Review and assist with approvals of media insertion orders.


  • Support the execution, trafficking, and maintenance of advertising plans across all media channels; coordinate closely with Production and Creative.


  • Assign and route creative assets within the Marketing Operations Management system, ensuring timely delivery for each campaign.


  • Manage project timelines in partnership with Project Management; ensure all approvals, milestones, and deadlines are met.


  • Track, analyze, and report on media plan performance across channels, including evergreen, seasonal, and high‑impact campaigns.


  • Maintain and update campaign/media channel guidelines and reference documents.


  • Create and maintain campaign recap decks; support the development of media and brand management presentations as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, media, retail marketing, agency, or brand management.


  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.


  • Industry Knowledge: Experience working with cross-functional teams and agency partners; ability to represent Tiffany & Co. with professionalism and poise.


  • Collaboration & Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build effective partnerships across teams.


  • Organizational Excellence: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

The hiring range for this position ranges from $77,101.00 - $96,600.00. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience.
