<p style="text-align:left"><i><span class="emphasis-3">Copart, Inc. a technology leader and the premier online vehicle auction platform globally, with over 200 facilities located across the world, Copart links vehicle sellers to more than 750,000 buyers in over 190 countries.  We believe in providing an unmatched experience, every day and everywhere, driven by our people, processes, and technology. </span></i></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p>The Title Express Processor is responsible for assisting auto insurance companies with procurement of vehicle titles, title paperwork, and working with financial institutions and vehicle owners.</p><ul><li>Call queue (ability to answer basic TE questions, give claim updates and direct caller to correct party/team if applicable</li><li>Total Loss Packets (create and send all documents required per state guidelines)</li><li>Initial Lien Holder calls (Calls are to secure payoff information, Letters of Guarantee and Copy of Title)</li><li>Initial calls to owners/insureds (these are customer specific tasks and it used to inform owner of packet that will be sent to them)</li><li>Follow-up calls to owners/insureds to follow-up on needed documents or corrected documents needed</li><li>Follow-up calls to Lien Holders (for documents listed above in the initial call)</li><li>Will send out revised packets to the owners/insureds as needed</li><li>Will be held to the internal cycle times and other auditable criteria</li><li>Mail Approvals -Reviewing all mail to ensure that documents are compliant per State guidelines</li><li>Launch the "Okay to Pay" the owner/insured to the Insurance company after final review of file for compliance</li><li>Will monitor and work a shared inbox to ensure the tasks and directives are addressed and completed per company policy, timelines, and contractual obligation.</li><li>Other tasks as assigned by management</li></ul><p><b>Requirements</b></p><ul><li>1 year of office customer service experience</li><li>Education: HS degree</li><li><span>Must live in the United States</span></li><li>Proficient in basic office equipment and with Microsoft products</li><li>Ability to identify/analyze vehicle title documents within company and State guidelines</li><li>Ability to work closely with State DMV's and Lien Holder entities</li><li>Problem solver</li><li>Ability to multi-task</li><li>Basic 10 key proficiency</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Excellent communication skills -- written and verbal</li><li>Excellent customer service skills and attitude</li><li>Basic math skills</li><li>Ability to delegate/prioritize workflow</li><li>Ability to work independently or in a team environment</li><li>Ability to read/write in English fluently and effectively</li><li>Valid driver's license</li><li>Occasional overtime as needed</li></ul><p></p><p>Pay:  $20.26 - $22.84 per hour</p><p></p><h2><br> </h2><p><span><b><span>Benefits Summary:</span></b></span><span><span> </span></span></p><ul><li><span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">Medical/Dental/Vision</span></li><li>401k plus a company match</li><li>ESPP - Employee Stock Purchase Plan</li><li>EAP - Employee Assistance Program</li><li>10 Vacation days per year</li><li>7 Paid Company Holidays</li><li>Life and AD&D Insurance</li></ul><p><span><i><span>Along with many other employee benefits.</span></i></span><span><span> </span></span></p> <p style="text-align:left"><i>At Copart, we are focused on harnessing the power of diversity, inclusion, and collaboration.
