About the position

The Dior Corporate Trainee participates in a program designed to identify and develop future talent for the organization across functional areas. By working closely with their assigned Department, the Trainee supports the organization's short and long-term objectives through day to day administrative and long-term project work. Trainees across departments will collaborate to develop initiatives to improve business results, and present a project to the Executive Leadership Team.

Responsibilities

  • Work in close liaison with all retail teams in the Americas
  • Collect weekly updates & deadlines from CRM team and relay to retail communications
  • Coordinate communication with Central CRM and local corporate partners as needed
  • Assist with boutique training materials in clienteling practices
  • Assist and participate as needed in regular CRM remote trainings with boutiques
  • Support in the department with driving Clienteling excellence in all boutiques
  • Manage internal CRM software to teach and troubleshoot for boutiques
  • Assist boutique level initiatives including client capture programs, follow-up campaigns, etc.
  • Assist with database troubleshooting (clean-up projects, update correct information, etc.)
  • Support CRM Analyst in exporting data and updating internal files for weekly reporting
  • Create weekly reports for planned business, capture, and as needed
  • Manage new store opening internal process
  • Manage and update internal SharePoints
  • Conduct research projects as needed, competitor analysis, etc.
  • Any other tasks assigned from time to time

Requirements

  • Full-time, 12 Month Program
  • Must be available M-F, 9-6pm, Friday work from home
  • At least 6 months of prior experience
  • Strong communications skills both verbal and written
  • Strong visual design skills
  • Background in luxury retail is preferred
  • Proactive follow-through practices
  • Strong time management skills and prioritization with the ability to work under specific timelines and fast-paced environments
  • Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to accuracy
  • Proficient analytical capabilities, must be able to learn new applications quickly
  • Strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud programs (Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Knowledge in Salesforce a plus
