<strong>Description<br><br></strong>Amazon is looking for motivated individuals for the profile of Transportation Specialist for its IN Channel Support Team to support Network Loss Recoveries.<br><br>Key job responsibilities<br><br><ul><li> Communication with external customers (Carriers, Vendors/Suppliers) and internal customers (Operations, Finance)</li><li> Ability to pull data from numerous databases (using Excel, SQL and/or other data management systems) and to perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed.</li><li> Develop and/or understand performance metrics to assist with driving business results.</li><li> Must be able to quickly understand and make decisions that make sense based on available data, and follow through on the resolutions to ensure they are delivered in time.</li><li> Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs, while measuring and identifying activities performed.</li><li> Excellent communication, both verbal and written as one may be required to create a narrative outlining weekly findings and the variances to goals, and present these finding in a review forum.</li><li> Providing real-time stakeholder experience by working in fast pace operating environment.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Basic Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li> Experience with Excel</li><li> Experience with SQL</li><li> Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, statistics<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li> 2+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience</li><li> Experience with data querying or modeling with SQL or Excel<br><br></li></ul>Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
