About the position

The Treasury Management Operations Representative at FirstBank is responsible for reviewing and verifying Treasury Management paperwork, processing reports, and providing support for password resets. This entry-level position involves interacting with customers and other departments to resolve issues and ensure accurate processing of financial documents.

Responsibilities

  • Retrieve, review, and process Treasury Management reports
  • Identify potential fraud findings in reporting
  • Contact customers regarding issues found in report findings
  • Verify and approve submitted maintenance completed by others
  • Assist with Password reset calls and emails related to Treasury Management paperwork, product, and procedures
  • Process some department billing and invoices
  • Verify and import paperwork to Document Imaging
  • Add statistical requirements to progress spreadsheets for tracking
  • Monitor team mailbox and review and process paperwork received
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned
  • Understand and comply with all provisions of the Safety in the Workplace policy

Requirements

  • Entry-level job with little or no prior relevant work experience in the function
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • General banking knowledge
  • Ability to focus on multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment without degradation to quality of work produced
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to learn new bank systems, products, and programs
