Responsibilities

  • Gather, review, author and analyze business requirements and industry data, including KPIs and other key metrics.
  • Document design and system processes.
  • Own and develop relationships with partners, collaborating to optimize and enhance our integration.
  • Analyze data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.
  • Partner with solution architects and team members to design the system.
  • Effectively communicate with and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions.
  • Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Partner with the business and other operations team leads to establish and ensure strategic alignment with the Veeva CRM Platform and long-term scalability.
  • Author user acceptance test scripts, write test summary reports, facilitate UAT, perform quality assurance and other validation documents as appropriate.
  • Manage daily project activities, schedule, scope, and change orders and budgets
  • Provide weekly status reports including project risks, mitigation strategies, assigned personnel and resolutions.
  • Perform day-to-day operational oversight of the Veeva CRM platform and integrations with other systems and resolve issues.
  • Coordinate, when necessary, with other IT teams and/or vendor support.
Requirements
  • Experience with any Veeva CRM applications
  • Overall IT experience - 8+ Years
  • Veeva CRM Admin Experience - 5+ years
  • Certification in Veeva CRM Administration preferred
  • Good knowledge on the ITIL support processes
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Maintain professionalism and attend all required meetings
