We are a growing home care agency looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our daily operations, marketing efforts, and lead generation.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, communicates well, and can take initiative while working remotely. Experience in healthcare, home care, or service-based businesses is a plus (but not required).

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management & Marketing

Manage and schedule content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

Assist with basic content creation (captions, engagement posts, promotions)

Monitor comments and messages and flag leads or inquiries

Help grow brand awareness and engagement

Email Management & Marketing Communication

Organize and manage inboxes

Draft and send professional marketing and outreach emails

Follow up with leads, referral partners, and inquiries

Maintain email lists and contact organization

Lead Generation

Research and identify potential leads (clients, referral sources, partners)

Collect and organize contact information

Assist with outreach and follow-ups

Track leads and responses in spreadsheets or CRM

Administrative Support

Data entry and document organization

Calendar management and scheduling

Assist with basic reporting and task tracking

General virtual assistant duties as needed

Requirements

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role

Strong written and verbal English communication

Experience with social media platforms and basic marketing concepts

Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)

Highly organized, dependable, and proactive

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Nice to Have (Not Required):

Experience with home care, healthcare, or service-based businesses

Familiarity with CRM systems

Canva or basic graphic design experience

Hours: Part-time (10–15 hours per week to start)
