Virtual Marketing Assistant / Instagram Growth Partner (Part-Time, Remote)

Let’s be honest — you’re not looking for just another marketing job.
You’re looking for a creative partnership. A chance to work with a brand that aligns with your energy, your intuition, and your love of helping people connect in a real way.

You don’t just “run social media.” You use visuals, words, and strategy to create connection. You love translating a brand’s personality into content that draws people in — turning followers into community, and community into trust.

If that sounds like your kind of fun, keep reading.

About Me

I’m a small business owner and coach helping women aged 40–55 feel more confident, empowered, and at home in their own skin. I’ve built a brand that’s heartfelt, honest, and sometimes a little sassy — and now I’m ready to amplify it.

I’m looking for someone who gets my voice, vibe, and mission — a creative collaborator who knows how to turn ideas into consistent growth on Instagram and Facebook.

If you can take my personality and bring it to life online… we’ll be magic together.

The Role

You’ll be my right-hand marketing partner, helping me grow and engage my community through Instagram and Facebook content that feels authentic, inspiring, and personal.

From strategy to execution, you’ll own it — planning, posting, designing, running ads, and helping me show up with confidence and clarity.

You’ll:

  • Create visually cohesive, on-brand posts, stories, and Reels.
  • Develop a weekly and monthly growth plan to bring in followers who connect with my brand.
  • Create a to-do list of Reels & short videos for me to film (you bring the direction, I’ll bring the camera).
  • Manage and optimize Facebook ad campaigns that drive meaningful results.
  • Track performance and adjust strategy to keep engagement growing and authentic.

You won’t just be following a checklist — you’ll be helping shape how the brand is seen and felt online.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience growing Instagram and/or Facebook accounts for a brand.
  • Skill with Canva (or similar tools) for stunning, scroll-stopping design.
  • Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager and data-driven optimization.
  • A sense for storytelling, community, and tone.
  • Understanding of what speaks to women 40–55 — their humor, hopes, and heart.
  • A fun, focused, and proactive personality — you like getting things done.

You’ll Thrive Here If You…

  • Love collaborating directly with a founder and embodying their voice.
  • Are creative, adaptable, and emotionally intelligent.
  • Think in both content calendars and connection.
  • Take ownership — you bring ideas, not problems.
  • Enjoy being part of a growing brand that actually cares about people.

This Role Isn’t for You If You…

  • Need to be micromanaged.
  • Don’t enjoy social media, storytelling, or design.
  • Struggle to meet deadlines or juggle multiple creative projects.
  • Aren’t comfortable marketing to women 40+.

The Details

  • Position: Virtual Marketing Assistant (Part-Time)
  • Hours: 8-14 hours per week
  • Schedule: Flexible (work remotely!)
  • Compensation: Based on experience and results
  • Start Date: As soon as we find our “Pink Pineapple”

The Vision

My goal is to grow a vibrant, relatable online community of women who don’t just follow a brand — they feel seen, supported, and inspired by it.

If you want to create real human connection through social media, and you’re the kind of person who brings creativity, heart, and results — I can’t wait to meet you.

The Trap Door (Read Carefully )

If you feel that spark of “this is so me” — here’s how to apply:

  • Use this exact subject line:

“Pink Pineapple ”

  • Include all of the following:
  • Your resume
  • A short cover letter explaining why you’re the perfect fit for this role and our audience
  • A quick 2-minute video introducing yourself and sharing why you’d love to work with me (don’t overthink it — just be you)

Applications without all three won’t be considered.
Attention to detail, creativity, and follow-through are huge parts of this job — this is your first test.

Final Thought

If you’ve read this far, you probably already have an idea of whether this feels right.
I’m looking for someone who wants more than a job — someone who wants to grow something meaningful with me.

If that’s you… get ready to shine, Pink Pineapple.
