Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and close inbound and outbound sales calls, effectively engaging with potential clients and leads.
  • Conduct virtual consultations, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products/services to customers.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales progress, update customer profiles, and report on performance metrics.
  • Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions, driving business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, product updates, and sales techniques.
  • Provide exceptional virtual customer service, ensuring client issues are resolved promptly and professionally.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of tele sales or virtual sales agent experience.
  • Must be available to work in US time zone.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on persuasion and relationship-building.
  • Strong ability to manage customer objections and provide effective solutions.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in a virtual or remote sales team.
  • Knowledge of digital sales tools and strategies (e.g., email marketing, social media sales).
  • Background in handling sales in the healthcare industry.
