  • 12+ months of sports/fashion retail experience and 6+ months of additional Visual Merchandising experience.
  • Advanced sales knowledge and comprehensive understanding regarding product, retail, and industry.
  • Ability to travel across the geographical cluster
  • Hours to be flexible in-line with campaign launches, planned layout changes and out of store opportunities.
  • Ability to multi-task and work with a tight timeline. Good MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). Ensure all windows are presented to high standards including mannequin dressing and positioning, lighting direction, cleanliness, steaming, and price communication.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills. Innovative, creative, organization, planning & problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn.

YOUR ACTIVITIES:
  • Showcase creativity through visually appealing product displays in line with the adidas brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns through window displays, instore displays, category presentation, in-store communication, and mannequin styling.
  • Plan and execute visual merchandising strategies in store in alignment with the store Management to maximise the commercial opportunities.
  • Submit weekly/monthly reports on visual merchandising sharing best practice Visual Merchandising executions and commercial results.
  • Proactively communicate to the store team through training to ensure all merchandising standards are met and upheld contributing to the success of the store and customers' shopping experience.
  • Bring team player mentality, working with the wider Visual Merchandisers to deliver outside of the box thinking and innovative Visual Merchandising initiatives during projects and resets.
  • Drive store performance through commercial visual merchandising execution, aligned through brand guidance.
