Job Title: Warehouse Crew Member – Cold Storage

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday – Friday (Start Time TBD)

Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor

Position overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Crew Member for Cold Storage to join our team. This role involves handling, organizing, and distributing frozen seafood and other perishable products in a temperature-controlled warehouse. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in cold environments, capable of performing physical tasks, and committed to maintaining food safety and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and verify shipments of frozen and refrigerated products.
  • Move, store, and organize inventory in designated cold storage areas.
  • Locate, pick, and prepare customer orders while ensuring product integrity.
  • Maintain proper storage temperatures and adhere to food safety guidelines.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (certification preferred).
  • Conduct routine inventory counts and assist with stock rotation.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Follow all company policies, and food safety protocols.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

  • Work in cold storage/freezer environments (temperatures as low as -10°F).
  • Wear appropriate cold-weather gear provided by the company.
  • Regular lifting of up to 40 lbs with occasional lifting of up to 100 lbs.
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and kneeling.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in cold storage, warehouse, or food distribution preferred.
  • Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work independently or as part of a team
