Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with packing and preparing inventory for events (building pallets, loading bins, staging materials).
  • Help organize and maintain the back room/warehouse for efficient inventory flow.
  • Follow packing lists accurately and report any missing or damaged items.
  • Assist with loading/unloading vehicles for event transport.
  • Support local event setup and breakdown when required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
  • Coordinate daily priorities with the Event Operations Lead.

What Success Looks Like in This Role:

  • Event orders are packed accurately and on time.
  • Warehouse remains organized and easy to navigate.
  • Minimal missing or misplaced inventory.
  • Strong communication with the Event Operations Lead.
  • Reliable attendance and consistent performance.

Schedule & Availability:

  • Part-time role
  • Monday – Friday between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Weekly schedule set in advance based on operational needs.
  • Consistent business-hour shifts.
  • Weekends generally off unless scheduled in advance for special events.
  • This position is full on-site. Applicants must reside within Miami.

Qualifications:

  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a small team.
  • Prior warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience is a plus (but not required).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with inventory systems or packing workflows.
  • Prior experience with logistics, fulfillment, or trade show support.
  • Familiarity with pallet building or warehouse operations.
