We are now looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our team at Great Bear Sherburn on a Full Time and Permanent Position. 

Job Description

Salary:

  • £13.71 per hour - £27,090.60 per annum base - OTE of up to £37,090.60 per annum
  • Overtime rates of £18.47 per hour. 

Shift:

  • 3ON 3OFF Days - 06:00am-18:00pm. 

We’re looking for skilled FLT Operators to support one of our most exciting contracts, working with two of the world’s biggest beverage brands — Coca-Cola and Monster Energy.

What We’re Looking For:

?? Experience operating Reach, Flexi, or Bendi trucks
?? Confident handling and moving pallets at heights of 10 metres or more
?? Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and efficiency
?? A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Qualifications
  • Experience operating Reach, Bendi, or Flexi trucks
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Warehouse Operative
  • Strong understanding of warehouse processes, safety, and efficiency
  • Driven, enthusiastic, and motivated to succeed
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to high standards
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
